This application may be used for up to 2 pets. You must provide documentation from your vet of spay/neuter and vaccinations history. All animals must be spayed or neutered, and house trained. A photo of the animal must be submitted with Pet Application. If service animal or ESA, proven documentation is required to be submitted with the pet application.

A $300 refundable deposit will be due for one animal. $100 refundable security deposit will be for an additional pet.

Pet Rent is $25 per animal per month. Animals must be house trained. Campus rentals allow only 1 dog, and dogs must be 1 year old. (Restricted breeds: Rottweiler, Pit Bull and Chow).
